MarketingOS Terms of Service

By accessing or using MarketingOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use MarketingOS for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

MarketingOS helps users create, organize, review, schedule, and publish marketing campaigns across connected social platforms, ecommerce systems, and other services. Features may include campaign planning, product-data workflows, creative assets, generated copy and images, and publishing tools.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information and protecting account access;
• having authority to connect and use third-party accounts;
• reviewing and approving content before it is published;
• complying with applicable laws and third-party platform terms; and
• verifying claims, pricing, offers, product details, disclosures, and creative output before use.

You may authorize MarketingOS to access third-party accounts on your behalf. You must have permission to connect those accounts and grant the requested access. Third-party services control their own availability, permissions, policies, and account decisions. You may disconnect supported accounts through MarketingOS or the relevant provider.

Publishing features act on your instructions using connected accounts. You remain responsible for the content, audience, timing, platform settings, required disclosures, and consequences of each post. You should review all publishing details before authorizing distribution.

Email draft synchronization, scheduling, and sending use the connected email service at your explicit direction. You are responsible for recipients, consent, sender information, content, timing, unsubscribe requirements, and applicable marketing laws.

MarketingOS may use artificial intelligence to suggest or create copy, images, campaign ideas, and other materials. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or similar to other content. You must independently review and verify all output, including product claims, prices, offers, factual statements, intellectual-property considerations, and platform compliance.

MarketingOS and its software, design, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain your rights in content and assets you submit, subject to the permissions needed for MarketingOS to process them and provide the service. You must have the rights necessary to use submitted materials.

You may not use MarketingOS to violate law or third-party rights, distribute deceptive or unlawful content, gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, evade platform restrictions, or misuse connected accounts or credentials.

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. MarketingOS depends on third-party APIs and services, including social and ecommerce platforms, which may change or become unavailable. MarketingOS does not guarantee uninterrupted access to those services or continued compatibility with every integration.

MarketingOS is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free output, campaign performance, third-party availability, or the accuracy or suitability of generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MarketingOS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, connected platforms, publishing activity, or generated content. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.

You may stop using MarketingOS and disconnect third-party accounts at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, connected providers, or legal compliance, including for material violations of these terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply to you. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
